Plants have been an important health ally to people since the beginning of time and still play an important role in sustainable health care throughout the world. This consultation includes a comprehensive assessment and review of lifestyle and health issues, which is based on solution focused wellness counseling, and teaches the client how to safely integrate botanical therapies into their life for increased health and vitality and to help keep them in a balanced state of wellness.

The initial consultation will require a minimum of one and one half
hours of time but clients should plan on up to two hours, if necessary,
for this consultation. All consultations are confidential and will be
followed up with a written copy of what is discussed and suggested.
This is a one-time only charge, due to the length of the consultation.
